As you might be able to tell, I love Halloween. Autumn is my favorite season and I love everything that comes along with it. Here is a list of 10 must-see Halloween movies:
10. Young Frankenstein
The late Gene Wilder is superb in this 1974 monster film. The movie follows the life of young Frederick Frankenstein as he recreates his grandfather's experiments. This black and white film is a great Halloween watch.

9. Monsters Inc.
While this is not necessarily a Halloween movie, monsters are definitely appropriate for this time of year. Billy Crystal and John Goodman are fantastic in this film. Monsters are thought of as scary but these two make you want them as friends. A kids classic perfect for any time of the year.

8. Pet Seminary
This Stephen King novel turned film is sure to make you jump out of your seat. Even though it is older, the scare factor remains in tact. I would expect nothing less from the horror king himself.

When the Freeling family is disturbed by moving furniture and strange occurrences they are forced to call in the help of a paranormal expert to help return their youngest daughter from another realm. This film is one for the books and great to watch during Halloween.
